Corporate Social Responsibility

We’re committed to putting ethical and social responsibility at the forefront of our decision making.

Our Social Responsibility Principles.

We're committed to doing the right thing in everything that we do. That includes doing our part in protecting our planet, nurturing our people, collaborating with suppliers, and supporting good causes.

Key Principles

Responsibility to Our Planet

At Kratos IT we're passionate about protecting our planet and conserving it for future generations. We achieve this by making small, meaningful changes, that together ensure our impact on the planet is as minimal as possible. Our team always ensures the environmental impact of our services plays a role in our decision making.

Responsibility to Our Staff

We are committed to helping our staff to fulfil their potential, both in work and in their personal endeavours. Staff members across our organisation have personal development budgets that can be used to develop expertise in their chosen career path. We also offer a range of benefits to boost our team's health and wellbeing, including private medical insurance (including optical, dental, and hearing), life assurance policies and a cycle-to-work scheme.

Responsibility to Our Suppliers

Kratos IT is fully aware of our obligations in regard to the treatment of our suppliers, and the onward effect this can have within the supply chain. To ensure our impact on the supply chain is a positive one, we publicly commit to paying all undisputed supplier invoices promptly and in full, and any disputes will follow due process so they are resolved as promptly as possible. We also appreciate that prompt payment knocks on throughout the supply chain in a really positive way, and due to this will never require a supplier to provide more than 30 day terms to Kratos IT.

Supporting Charities & Good Causes

Each year, Kratos IT tries to support local charities and good causes through their various initiatives and events - we're also committed to supporting our customers' charitable endeavours through their sponsorship requirements. An example of where we've helped recently is a donation to fund circus tickets and ice cream for a primary school children in Kent, who will not have been able to attend without support.

How it works.

1. Design & Specification

The most important step of any structured cabling project is the planning. Installing a new network, or upgrading an existing one, requires meticulous planning to ensure the implementation is a smooth and hassle free process.

2. Installation

Copper

Kratos IT supply and install a variety of cabling systems, from cost effective Cat5e solutions all the way up to specialist Cat8 systems within the industrial sector.

Fibre

We install the latest fibre optic cabling systems, whether short, multi-mode installations or long distance, single mode systems.

3. Snagging & Certification

The final phase of any installation is snagging, testing and certification. Kratos IT test and certify every project we complete.

However, we can also provide independent snagging and testing services on installation completed by other contractors.
